๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐: a mixture of pranayama (breath work), meditation, and various asana practices including hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative. This 60 minute class is geared toward all levels including beginners. Modifications and variations will be offered throughout class. Everyone is encouraged to honor their body and its capabilities.
